However, since it is a procedure that involves injecting into the body, you would want to choose a clinic where you can receive it safely.

“Why is there such a big price difference between clinics?”
“Are there no side effects?”

 

Many people may have such questions.

 

This time, let’s organize the three criteria for identifying good doctors for Botox at Seongsu Station.

while domestic products include

In addition, the glabellar lines (between the eyebrows) must be targeted at least 4 points accurately; otherwise, the eyebrows can end up lifting asymmetrically.

 

If injections are given uniformly without distinguishing these points, the result may look unnatural and lead to awkward facial expressions.

 

Therefore, it is essential to confirm whether the doctor fully understands facial structure and has ample experience.

 

③ Whether they guide you on “regular maintenance” rather than just a one-time treatment

 

Botox is not a semi-permanent procedure.

 

In other words, Botox needs to be repeated at certain intervals,
and how accurately those intervals are explained to you is also an important point.

 

For the forehead, crow’s feet, and glabellar lines, the interval should be around 3 months,
while for larger muscles such as the masseter (jaw) or calves, the interval should be more than 6 months.

 

If repeated at unnecessarily short intervals for profit, it can actually lead to resistance or cause surrounding muscles to develop, resulting in the opposite effect.

 

Make sure to carefully check whether they provide proper guidance that takes into account both the treatment area and individual differences.

 

Don’t forget post-treatment care

 

After Botox, simply following a few basic precautions is usually enough to ensure a smooth recovery.

✔ Do not lie down for 4 hours after treatment
✔ Avoid saunas and strenuous exercise for 1–2 days
✔ Refrain from facial massages or strong rubbing

 

By observing these points, temporary side effects such as bruising or swelling usually subside within a few days, and the effects become noticeable within 1–2 weeks.
