Surprisingly, many people are only familiar with Rejuran Healer,
but as shown above, there are actually four different types.

Rejuran I (Rejuran Eye)

As the name suggests, it is a product specifically designed for fine lines around the eyes.

 

Although it contains the same PN ingredient, the particles are more finely processed,
and it is formulated to be injectable with an extremely thin, specialized 34G needle.
(For reference, Rejuran Healer uses a 33G needle — the higher the gauge number, the thinner the needle and the less painful the injection.)

Rejuran HB

This product contains both an anesthetic ingredient and hyaluronic acid,
and is often referred to as “painless Rejuran” at other clinics.
(…That said, to be honest, there is still some pain.)

 

At Korean beauty clinics, we apply extensive Rejuran treatment experience,
along with a sufficient amount of numbing cream and even nerve block anesthesia,
to ensure the procedure is as comfortable as possible for patients concerned about pain.

Rejuran S

A slightly thicker 30G needle is used to inject a more concentrated formulation into the subcutaneous layer.

It also allows for subcision, making it a product specialized for acne scars and scar treatment.

① Anesthesia techniques to minimize pain
No matter how effective the treatment is, many patients hesitate if it’s painful.
That’s why we place the highest importance on anesthesia.
We use ample numbing time along with nerve block anesthesia,
and perform the procedure with precise “manual injections.”

 

② Careful manual injections, not machine-based treatment
Of course, this doesn’t mean that machine injections are bad.

Representative machine injectors include Dermashine, Hi-Cux, and Rejumeate.
These machines offer benefits such as consistent injection depth, even spacing, and reduced fatigue for the practitioner.

However, their downside is the inability to finely adjust according to the thickness and condition of the skin.

As a result, the Rejuran solution may not be delivered properly and could leak.

 

For this reason, Korean Beauty Clinic uses manual injections.
During actual procedures, you can observe that not a single drop is wasted—the solution is fully delivered into the skin.

③ Technique to Maintain Consistent Injection Depth
The skin is composed of several layers: epidermis → dermis → subcutaneous fat → muscle → deep fat → bone.

 

For Rejuran to be effective, it must be injected into the dermis,
which is only 2 to 3mm thick.

Without advanced skills, the injection may be too shallow—leading to little to no effect—or too deep, reaching the fat layer and reducing the treatment’s effectiveness.

 

At Korean Beauty Clinic, 2cc of Rejuran is injected precisely into the dermis in extremely fine intervals,
and the entire procedure can be completed in just about 5 minutes.
